Luis Mora

Luis Mora is a highly accomplished soccer player and coach with a wealth of experience at various levels of the game. Born and raised in New Jersey, Luis began his soccer journey with the NJ Santos FC GSSL team in Hillsborough, NJ in 2013, where he played until 2019. During this time, he also played for the NJ Teamsters FC UPSL team in Bayonne, NJ, in 2018-2019. Luis was a Sponsored Adidas Tango League Athlete from 2017 to 2019, competing in New York City.

In 2014, Luis had the opportunity to showcase his skills in professional trials with Deportivo Saprissa, Club Sport Cartagines, and Club Sport Uruguay De Coronado in Costa Rica. He also played for Club Sport Uruguay De Coronado's 1st Division Reserves team in 2015. In the same year, he participated in US Professional trials with Steve Sampson (Former US Men's National team Coach) through the Nike Academy.

Luis is also a highly respected coach, having worked with NJ Santos FC from 2013 to 2019, and currently with Cedar Stars Rush Houston in Katy, TX since 2019. He holds various licenses and certifications, including the NJYS F, E, and D License (NJ), USSF Grassroots Courses (7v7, 9v9, 11v11), USSF National F and D License (NJ), Newells Old Boys Argentina youth coaching certification (NJ), and continues his soccer education through Escuela de Entrenadores César Luis Menotti (Conmebol C & B License). Additionally, Luis holds a CISSN Nutrition Certification, which further adds to his expertise in the field of sports and fitness.
