Polices and Refunds

Club

The KSA14/Cedar Stars Rush club requires a non-refundable financial commitment from families for player deposits, training, and tuition fees in order to secure roster spots during the tryout process. If a family chooses to withdraw their child from the club, all outstanding payments will be charged in full within 10 days and player cards will be returned. This policy is necessary to mitigate financial damage caused by a later change of heart and to ensure the commitment of other families on the team. The family acknowledges that the club's professional staff makes operational decisions and that disagreements with those decisions will not result in a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Camp / Programs

Refund requests for camps must be made at least 14 days before the start date. Requests made between 14 and 2 days before the start date will receive credit for a future camp. No refunds are given within 2 days of the start date. Camp credits can only be used for KSA14/Cedar Stars Rush calendar year camps and events, not for other programs.

The camp continues in the rain, but stops for extremely inclement weather or thunder and lightning. If the weather looks extreme for the whole day, a decision may be made the night before or early in the morning to cancel. If there is thunder and lightning during the camp, players will be taken to a safe area and wait for 30 minutes after the last lightning strike. If the storm continues for more than 45 minutes, the camp may be cancelled. Efforts will be made to make up lost time by extending the camp day, but if the program cannot be made up, no refunds or credits are offered. Safety is the top priority.
